New Orleans Fringe Fest 2013 LogoIf you aren’t able to make it for Halloween in New Orleans, but you’re still looking to get weird in the Big Easy, New Orleans Fringe Festival 2013 may be the festival for you – as their motto reads “Fearless Performers… Fearless Audiences.” The festival is “wild, weird, and fresh original theater of all types,” taking place throughout various neighborhoods in New Orleans. You’re likely to see types of theater, dance, music, and art that is somewhat surprising and unconventional. But that’s the point. Any type of art is welcome – one second you’ll be watching a mime act, and the next will be a comedian, followed by a modern dance group.  You never know exactly what to expect, making the festival fun for a variety of different types of people.
