A Courtyard Pool

Welcome to the highlight of your summer holiday: our refreshing saltwater swimming pool. Nestled inside a picturesque courtyard, you can spend all day poolside at Bienville House. Cool off and swim a few laps. Soak up some rays with your favorite book or magazine. There’s plenty of sunlight, canopy shade, and fresh air. And many of Bienville House’s rooms overlook the pool, so you can enjoy the oasis anytime. But we always think it’s best to dive right in.

Vacation-Worthy Cocktails

Famed bartender Jeff “Beachbum” Berry created Latitude 29 to much buzz and acclaim. The upscale Tiki bar is located right inside our hotel, giving you world-class options at your fingertips. Beachbum spent two decades unearthing and publishing “lost” exotic drinks. You’ll find the best of them on the Latitude 29 menu. Choose from playful, tiki-inspired cocktails or order your favorite standby from the fully stocked bar.

An Exotic Meal

Along with its extensive drink list, Latitude 29 boasts a full menu with a vibrant mix of Polynesian and Asian-inspired fare. Try clever innovations on Southern classics, like the Sambal Shrimp and Grits served with bacon marmalade. The Mahi Mahi Banh Mi is a nod to the robust Vietnamese culture in New Orleans. The Meat and Sea Platter offers traditional Hawaiian favorites like scallop rillette and fried quail eggs in perfectly sharable portions.
